§ 15.2-4404. Agricultural and forestal districts advisory committee.

Upon receipt of the first agricultural and forestal district applicationsubmitted as permitted under an ordinance adopted pursuant to this chapter,the local governing body shall establish an advisory committee as prescribedin § 15.2-4304, which section shall apply mutatis mutandis. If an advisorycommittee has already been established pursuant to § 15.2-4304, it shallcarry out the duties prescribed in Chapter 43 (§ 15.2-4300 et seq.) as wellas in this chapter.
