§ 15.2-4503. Conductors, etc., authorized to issue summons.

Conductors of railroad trains, motormen, and station and depot agents of anytransportation district created pursuant to Chapter 45 (§ 15.2-4500 et seq.)of this title, shall have the power to issue a summons for any violation of §18.2-160.1 with respect to any train operated by or under contract with suchtransportation district.
