§ 15.2-4516. Regulation of fares, schedules, franchising agreements androuting of transit facilities.

The commission may exercise exclusive control, notwithstanding any provisionof law to the contrary, of matters of regulation of fares, schedules,franchising agreements and routing of transit facilities within theboundaries of its transportation district; however, the provisions of § 5.1-7of the Code of Virginia shall be applicable to airport commissions.
