§ 15.2-4522. Venue.

Every such contract shall be enforceable by the transportation district withwhom the contract is made, as provided under the laws of Virginia, and, ifany such contract is entered into with an agency or is relied upon in acontract between a commission and any such agency, the agency also shall havethe right to enforce the contract. The venue for actions on any contractbetween a transportation district and a component government shall be asspecified in subdivision 10 of § 8.01-261. Venue in all other matters arisinghereunder shall be as provided by law.
