§ 15.2-4916. Authorities acting jointly.

The powers herein conferred upon authorities created under this chapter maybe exercised by two or more authorities acting jointly. Two or morelocalities may jointly create an authority, in which case each of thedirectors of such authority shall be appointed by the governing body of therespective locality which the director represents.
