§ 15.2-5104. Advertisement of ordinance, agreement or resolution and noticeof hearing.

The governing body of each participating locality shall cause to beadvertised at least one time in a newspaper of general circulation in suchlocality a copy of the ordinance, agreement or resolution creating anauthority, or a descriptive summary of the ordinance, agreement or resolutionand a reference to the place within the locality where a copy of theordinance, agreement or resolution can be obtained, and notice of the day,not less than thirty days after publication of the advertisement, on which apublic hearing will be held on the ordinance, agreement or resolution.
