§ 15.2-5110. Amendment of articles of incorporation.

The articles of incorporation of any authority created under the provisionsof this chapter may be amended with respect to the name or powers of suchauthority or in any other manner not inconsistent with this chapter byfollowing the procedure prescribed by law for the creation of an authority.
