§ 15.2-5123. Sewage treatment plants to include certain capability.

Whenever an authority is constructing a new sewage treatment plant, thefacility shall be designed and constructed so that it has the capability totreat the sewage from all onsite sewage disposal systems which are not servedby another approved disposal site located within the area of the locality orlocalities which created the authority to be served by such plant.
