§ 15.2-5129. Provisions of chapter only requirements for issue.

Bonds may be issued under the provisions of this chapter without obtainingthe approval or consent of any department, division, commission, board,bureau or agency of the Commonwealth, and without any other proceeding or thehappening of any other condition or thing than those proceedings, conditionsor things which are specifically required by this chapter.
