§ 15.2-5141. Bondholder's remedies.

Any holder of revenue bonds issued by an authority under this chapter, or ofany of the coupons appertaining thereto, except to the extent the rightsgiven by this chapter may be restricted by the resolution or trust agreementproviding for the issuance of such bonds, may, either at law or in equity, bysuit, mandamus or other proceeding, enforce all rights under the laws ofVirginia or granted by this chapter or under such resolution or trustagreement. Such holder may also compel the performance of all duties requiredby this chapter or by the resolution or trust agreement to be performed bythe authority or by any officer thereof, including the fixing, charging andcollecting of rates, fees and charges for the use of or for the servicesfurnished by any system.
