§ 15.2-5206. Appropriations to commission.

Any political subdivision for which the commission is created is authorizedto make appropriations to the commission from available funds, or from fundsprovided for the purpose by bond issues, for the acquisition of land orimprovements to land, and/or the construction, improvement, maintenance andoperation of any hospital or health center operated or controlled or proposedto be operated or controlled by the commission. The political subdivision mayalso transfer to the commission, with or without consideration, real orpersonal property for any or all of such purposes.
