§ 15.2-5217. Finality of order; effect.

If the court enters an order as provided in § 15.2-5216 that the need for thecommission no longer exists, such order shall be final and, except forcompleting its affairs in accordance with the plan approved by the court, itsauthorities, powers and duties to transact business or to function shallcease to exist as of the date set forth in the court order.
