§ 15.2-5377. Issuance and sale of bonds.

Any bonds issued by the Authority may be issued in one or more series, shallbear such date or dates, mature at such time or times, bear interest at suchrate or rates payable at such time or times, be in such denominations, be insuch form, either coupon or registered, carry such registration privileges,be executed in such manner, be payable in such medium of payment, at suchplace or places, be subject to such terms of redemption, with or withoutpremium, as the Authority by resolution may prescribe. Such bonds may be soldat public or private sale for such price or prices as the Authoritydetermines.
