§ 15.2-5310. Authority and commissioners must comply with law and contracts.

The authority and its commissioners shall be under a statutory duty to complyor to cause compliance strictly with all provisions of this chapter and thelaws of the Commonwealth and, in addition thereto, with each and every term,provision and covenant in any contract of the authority on its part to bekept or performed.
