§ 15.2-5313. Service on commissioner by mail.

If, after due and diligent search, a commissioner to whom charges arerequired to be delivered hereunder cannot be found within the city where theauthority is located, such charges shall be deemed served upon thecommissioner if mailed to him at his last known address as it appears uponthe records of the authority.
