§ 15.2-5318. Reports.

The authority shall at least once a year file with the mayor of the city anaudit report by a certified public accountant of its activities for thepreceding year, and shall make any recommendations with reference to anyadditional legislation or other action that may be necessary in order tocarry out the purposes of this chapter.
