§ 15.2-5332. Regulating practice and nursing in hospital.

An authority shall have power to determine and regulate the conditions underwhich the privilege of practicing within any hospital operated by theauthority may be available to physicians, to promulgate reasonable rulesgoverning the conduct of physicians and nurses while on duty in suchhospital, and to establish and maintain a training school for nurses.
