§ 15.2-5333. Rules as to patients.

An authority shall have power to make rules governing the admission ofpatients to, and the care, conduct, and treatment of patients in, anyhospital operated by the authority; to determine whether patients presentedto the hospital for treatment are subjects for charity, to fix thecompensation to be paid by patients other than those unable to assistthemselves; and to maintain and operate isolation wards for the care andtreatment of mental, contagious or other similar diseases.
