§ 15.2-5354. Purchase by authority.

The authority shall have the power out of any funds available therefor topurchase any bonds issued by it. Bonds payable exclusively from the revenuesof a designated project or projects shall only be purchased with the revenuesavailable therefor. All bonds so purchased shall be canceled. This sectionshall not apply to the redemption of bonds.
