§ 15.2-5367. Appeal.

An appeal may be granted by the Supreme Court of Virginia, or any judgethereof, to either the authority or the city from the judgment of the court,and the appeal shall be heard and determined without reference to theprinciples of demurrer to evidence. The trial court shall certify the factsin the case to the Supreme Court and the evidence shall be considered as onappeal in proceedings under Chapter 2 (§ 25.1-200 et seq.) of Title 25.1. Byconsent of both parties of record, the petition may be dismissed at any timebefore final judgment on the appeal.
