§ 15.2-5431.36. Liability of members or officers.

No member of any authority or officer of any governing body of localitycreating such authority, or person or persons acting in their behalf, whileacting within the scope of their authority shall be subject to any personalliability by reason of his carrying out of any of the powers expressly givenin this chapter.
