§ 15.2-5429. Legislative consent to application of laws of other states.

Legislative consent is hereby given (i) to the application of the laws ofother states with respect to taxation, payments in lieu of taxes, and theassessment thereof, to any authority created pursuant to this chapter, whichhas acquired or has an interest in a project, real or personal, situatedoutside the Commonwealth or which owns or operates a project outside theCommonwealth pursuant to this chapter and (ii) to the application ofregulatory and other laws of other states and of the United States to anyauthority which owns or operates a project outside the Commonwealth.
