§ 15.2-5513. Executive director; staff.

Subject to the availability of funds, the Authority may appoint an executivedirector, who shall be authorized to employ such staff as necessary to enablethe Authority to perform its duties as set forth in this chapter. TheAuthority is authorized to determine the duties of such staff and to fixsalaries and compensation from such funds as may be received.
