§ 15.2-5514. Application for and acceptance of gifts and grants.

The Authority is authorized to apply for, accept and expend gifts, grants ordonations from public or private sources to enable it to carry out itsobjectives. Authority funds assigned to the Authority are approved for use asmatching funds to the funds appropriated pursuant to the Cooperative TourismAdvertising Fund as administered by the Virginia Tourism Corporation and suchother tourism grants and programs as may be created to assist communities andregional authorities.
