§ 15.2-5612. Remedies of bondholders and trustee.

Any holder of bonds, notes, certificates or other evidences of borrowing orany coupons appertaining thereto issued under the provisions of this chapterand the trustee under any trust indenture or agreement, except to the extentof the rights herein given may be restricted by such trust indenture, oragreement may protect and enforce their rights under (i) the laws of theCommonwealth; (ii) this chapter; (iii) the trust indenture or agreement; or(iv) the resolution authorizing the issuance of such bonds, notes orcertificates. Such holder and trustee may enforce and compel the performanceof all duties required by this chapter or by such trust indenture oragreement or resolution to be performed by the authority or by any officer oragent thereof, including the fixing, charging and collection of fees, rentsand other charges.
