§ 15.2-5710. Funds.

All moneys received pursuant to the powers granted in this chapter shall beheld and applied solely as provided in this chapter. The authority shallprovide that any officer or other fiscal agent to which such moneys shall bepaid shall hold and apply the same for the purposes hereof, subject to suchregulations as the authority may provide.
