§ 15.2-5817. Tort liability.

No pecuniary liability of any kind shall be imposed on the Commonwealth or onany other political subdivision of the Commonwealth because of any act,agreement, contract, tort, malfeasance or nonfeasance by or on the part ofthe Authority, its agents, servants or employees.
