§ 15.2-5912. Additional duties.

In addition to the duties set forth elsewhere in this chapter, the Authorityshall:

1. Keep records as are consistent with sound business practices andaccounting records using generally accepted accounting practices;

2. Cause an audit by an independent certified public accountant to be made ofaccounts and transactions at the conclusion of each fiscal year;

3. Be subject to audit and examination at any reasonable time of its accountsand transactions by the Auditor of Public Accounts; and

4. Submit a detailed report of any activities and change in financialstanding to the Governor and to the General Assembly.
