§ 15.2-6603. Participating political subdivision.

No pecuniary liability of any kind shall be imposed upon any participatingpolitical subdivision because of any act, omission, agreement, contract,tort, malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance by or on the part of theAuthority or any member thereof, or its agents, servants, or employees,except as otherwise provided in this act with respect to contracts andagreements between the Authority and any other political subdivision.
