15.2-6804 - Staff.
§ 15.2-6804. Staff.
The Authority shall employ an executive director and such staff as it shalldetermine to be necessary to carry out its duties and responsibilities underthis chapter. No such person shall contemporaneously serve as a member of theAuthority. The Virginia Department of Transportation and the VirginiaDepartment of Rail and Public Transportation shall make their employeesavailable to assist the Authority, upon request.
