§ 15.2-720. Employee salary reduction agreements.

In connection with some or all of its employee benefit programs, the board isauthorized to enter into voluntary salary reduction agreements with itsofficers and employees when such agreements are authorized under the laws ofthe United States relating to federal income taxes. Any such voluntary salaryreduction agreements entered into prior to July 1, 1988, are hereby validated.
