§ 15.2-729. Relocation assistance programs.

The board shall provide by local ordinance for the application of Chapter 4(§ 25.1-400 et seq.) of Title 25.1 to displaced persons as defined in §25.1-400, in cases of acquisition of real property for use in projects orprograms in which only local funds are used.
