§ 15.2-745. Ordinance for installment collection of taxes.

Notwithstanding any provisions of law to the contrary, the board is empoweredto provide by ordinance for the collection of county taxes and levies onproperty in installments at such times and with such penalties for thedelinquent payment thereof as it deems proper.
