§ 15.2-7021. Inconsistent laws inapplicable.
All other general or special laws, including the provisions of the Charter ofthe City of Richmond, inconsistent with any provision of this chapter arehereby declared to be inapplicable to the provisions of this chapter and toany project constructed by the Authority pursuant to this chapter.
