§ 15.2-7025. Counties and cities initially embraced by the Authority.

The Authority shall initially embrace the City of Charlottesville and all orsuch portions of the County of Albemarle as its governing body desires tohave included. The City of Charlottesville and the County of Albemarle shallbe the initial members of the Authority upon adoption of an approvingordinance or resolution by each of their respective governing bodies.
