§ 15.2-7031. Payment to directors of the Authority Board.

The directors of the Authority Board may be paid for their services in either(i) the amount provided in the general appropriation act for members of theGeneral Assembly engaged in legislative business between sessions or (ii) alesser amount as determined by the Authority. Directors of the AuthorityBoard may be reimbursed for all reasonable and necessary expenses as providedin §§ 2.2-2813 and 2.2-2825, if approved by the Authority. Funding for thecosts of compensation and expenses of the directors of the Authority Boardshall be provided by the Authority.
