§ 15.2-7211. Reports.

The Authority shall keep minutes of its proceedings, which minutes shall beopen to public inspection during normal business hours. It shall keepsuitable records of all its financial transactions and shall arrange to havethe same audited annually by an independent certified public accountant. Suchaudited financial reports will be provided to the Commonwealth Auditor ofPublic Accounts and to each participating political subdivision each year andshall be open to public inspection.
