§ 15.2-7308. Powers and duties of executive director.

The executive director shall exercise such of the powers and duties relatingto the Authority conferred upon the Board as may be delegated to him by theBoard, including powers and duties involving the exercise of discretion. Theexecutive director shall also exercise and perform such other powers andduties as may be lawfully delegated to him and such powers and duties as maybe conferred or imposed upon him by law.
