§ 15.2-7309. Legal services.

For such legal services as it may require, the Authority may employ its owncounsel and legal staff or make use of legal services made available to it byany public body, or both; however, the Authority shall be required to use anylegal services provided by the Office of the Attorney General, if suchservices are made available, since the property at Fort Monroe is an asset ofthe Commonwealth.
