15.2-7314 - Sovereign immunity.
§ 15.2-7314. Sovereign immunity.
No provisions of this chapter nor any act of the Authority, including theprocurement of insurance or self-insurance, shall be deemed a waiver of anysovereign immunity to which the Authority or its directors, officers,employees, or agents are otherwise entitled.
