§ 15.2-919. Regulation of motorcycle, moped, or motorized skateboard orscooter noise.

Any locality may, by ordinance, regulate noise from a motorcycle, moped, ormotorized skateboard or scooter, as defined in § 46.2-100, which is notequipped with a muffler and exhaust system conforming to §§ 46.2-1047 and46.2-1049, if such noise may be hazardous to the health and well-being of itscitizens.
