§ 15.2-936. Garbage and refuse disposal; fee exemption.

Persons may be exempted, deferred, or charged a lesser amount by a localityfrom paying any charges and fees authorized by any law for the collection anddisposal of garbage and refuse. Ordinances providing for such exemptions,deferrals or charges of lesser amounts may be conditioned upon only theincome criteria as provided by § 58.1-3211.
