§ 15.2-946. Regulation of tour guides and tourist guides.

Any locality may, before issuing any license to do business as a tour guideor tourist guide, require that an applicant for such license take and pass anexamination to determine the fitness of such person as to his knowledge ofthe history of the locality and of the historical and tourist attractionslocated therein.
