§ 15.2-954. Loans to volunteer firefighting and rescue organizations.

Any locality may make loans of money appropriated from public funds to anynonprofit organization furnishing firefighting or rescue services for theconstruction of facilities or the acquisition of equipment that is to be usedfor the purpose of providing firefighting or rescue services.
