§ 16.1-309.8. Costs of maintenance of juveniles in Community Crime ControlAct programs.

Any county, city or combination thereof operating a Juvenile Community CrimeControl Act program may collect from any locality of this Commonwealth fromwhich a juvenile is placed in its program a daily rate calculated to allowthe operating locality or localities to meet but not exceed the costs ofproviding services. Additionally, this rate may not be higher than the ratecharged other counties, cities or combinations thereof using the same program.
