§ 16.1-322. Record of commission; reports.

The commission shall keep and preserve complete records of its administrativeoperations and transactions, which records shall be open to inspection by theparticipating political subdivisions at all times. It shall make reports tosuch subdivisions annually, and at such other times as they may require.
