§ 16.1-69.22. Removal of judges and substitute judges.

Any judge or substitute judge of a district court may be removed from officein the manner and for any of the causes prescribed in Chapter 9 (§ 17.1-900et seq.) of Title 17.1; provided, that substitute judges may be removed fromoffice under the provisions of §§ 24.2-230 through 24.2-238.
