§ 16.1-69.45. Salaries of clerks and personnel.

The Committee on District Courts shall fix the salaries for the clerks andpersonnel of the district courts. No supplements may be paid to full-timedistrict court judges or substitute judges. The Commonwealth shall assume thecost of any supplement being paid to a district court employee on January 1,1980.
