§ 16.1-69.48:3. Fees charged to drug offenders.

Whenever in a general district court the costs provided for in subsection Cof § 16.1-69.48:1 are assessed for a violation of any provision of Article 1(§ 18.2-247 et seq.) of Chapter 7 of Title 18.2, a portion of the costs, asspecified in subsection C of § 16.1-69.48:1, shall be included in the taxedcosts and paid into the Drug Offender Assessment and Treatment Fund.
