§ 16.1-69.56. Retention of financial and administrative records.

Appropriate retention periods for the financial and administrative records ofthe district courts and magistrates shall be prescribed by the Supreme Courtof Virginia. In the case of financial records only, the retention periodprescribed by the court shall be subject to approval by the Auditor of PublicAccounts.
